Pricing, Ordering and Delivery
Pricing
Our Champagne and accessories are all competitively priced. The prices on this website include both VAT and next day delivery (to the UK mainland). The cheapest way to buy Champagne is by the case (of 6 bottles). This is because the cost to deliver a case is only twice as much as the cost to deliver one bottle! The pricing on the site reflects this. If you want to buy more than one type of Champagne from us it is often cheaper to do so by phone - so if that's what you want please call us on 08000 758 117.
Ordering
When you order Champagne online from us we will firstly send you an email confirming your order. Then, when the order is dispatched we will send you another email. Similarly if we have any queries about your order, or problems with it, we will either call or email as soon as we can.
Ordering through us is safe! Your credit card payment is processed by WorldPay. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland; they are leaders in internet payment solutions. To read more about why Worldpay is safe click here. Your credit card transaction is entirely with WorldPay; Champagne-house.co.uk will not even see your credit card details. Delivery
Orders received on a working day will normally be dispatched for delivery to UK mainland addresses the next working day and delivered the working day after that. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us. We are unable to deliver champagne abroad.
Deliveries must be signed for by an adult so please give an address where the goods can be received. In case of difficulties, please contact us and we can arrange to have the goods left safe to your instructions (we do only when absolutely necessary and only at the customer's risk).
